2018 People Matter Employee Survey

The 2018 People Matter Employee Survey will be open to employees in the NSW public sector from Friday 1 June to Monday 2 July 2018.

The Public Service Commission has asked that we encourage our members to participate in the survey.

The survey gives you the opportunity to express your views on a range of areas like practices and culture in your workplace, employee engagement, job satisfaction, views on leadership, change management and several other important areas.

Last year there were over 140,000 responses, including 48839 from Health.

It provides an annual benchmark for the sector around engagement and performance of agencies and the surveys play a crucial role in contributing to the evidence base for all agencies developing strategies promoting integrity and initiatives for building positive workplace cultures.

Each year when the survey results are released ASMOF is given an opportunity to discuss the outcomes at peak and local level consultative committee.

The survey will be open from Friday 1 June to Monday 2 July 2018 and survey links will be sent to employees by Secretaries or the Heads of agencies. Contact details for employee enquiries will be provided by the agency and the Public Service Commission and the independent survey provider has a helpdesk for technical enquires.
