2019 People Matter Employee Survey

The 2019 People Matter Employee Survey is open to employees in the NSW public sector from 30 May - 29 June 2019.

The Public Service Commission and NSW Health have asked that we encourage our members to participate in the survey.

ASMOF supports all efforts to improve workplace culture across NSW Health. The survey gives you the opportunity to express your views on a range of areas like practices and culture in your workplace, employee engagement, job satisfaction, views on leadership, change management and several other important areas. It provides an annual benchmark for the sector around engagement and performance of agencies and the surveys play a crucial role in contributing to the evidence base for all agencies developing strategies promoting integrity and initiatives for building positive workplace cultures.

You can find previous reports and information about the 2019 survey here: Click here.

Each year when the survey results are released ASMOF is given an opportunity to discuss the outcomes at peak and local level consultative committee.

You can access the survey by clicking on this link or via the NSW Health intranet homepage. There is also a QR code on the People Matter posters which have been posted around your workplace.

If you have trouble accessing the survey, please contact your survey champion, or Michelle McNally, Manager, Culture and Diversity, NSW Ministry of Health, on 9391 9811 or email michelle.mcnally@health.nsw.gov.au.
