Your membership invoices – we stuffed up and we apologise


Annual membership invoices are usually sent out late November - early December.  This year we engaged an external provider to undertake the large task of mailing the invoices.

Unfortunately, they were late in completing the task which may have left members little time to take advantage of our early bird discount of $50 off (if you are employed more than 0.5 FTE) and $25 off (for Clinical Academics and 0. 5 and less FTE).

When we were made aware of the delay we decided to try and fix it by sending the invoices embedded in an email to members.

Unfortunately, there was a major formatting melt down and for many of the invoice was illegible.

We apologise for any inconveniences or problems that these issues caused you.

We can assure you that we have taken steps to make sure this never happens again.

We value your membership and ongoing support – you are the backbone of this great union.

To make up for the delay we are extending the early bird discount to 8 of January 2018 to ensure that all members have the chance to take advantage of the offer.
