Have your say on rural, regional and remote health services

ASMOF NSW prides itself on its long history of advocating for doctors working in rural, regional, and remote (RRR) health and for reasonable health services in RRR communities. 

In 2021, ASMOF made a submission to the Parliamentary Inquiry on Health Outcomes and Access to Health and Hospital Services in RRR New South Wales, which resulted in several recommendations being made by the Health Portfolio Committee (No.2) 

In July 2023, The Select Committee resolved to inquire into implementing recommendations specifically relating to workforce issues, workplace culture and funding considerations for remote, rural, and regional health.  

ASMOF NSW will make a submission to this review on behalf of members.
