It's anticipated to take approximately 15 minutes to complete and goes into various aspects, encompassing your role, workgroup, manager, and the organization. Your involvement is treated with confidentiality, and your inputs remain anonymous, as no personal information or contact details are gathered. Be as honest as possible about any deficiencies in your workplace, as this can provide the Union with evidence to take up with the Ministry of Health.
