One-off payment not looking right?
Last week, an ASMOF member contacted our team as they had only received the $300 minimum for the one-off payment. Working together; the member and our Industrial Officer checked her eligibility, identified the likely cause of the underpayment and contacted the Ministry. By Thursday morning they had received confirmation that an error had been made, and the member has now received the balance of the full payment in the next pay run.
