BACKGROUND

ASMOF often receives concerns from members around how internal and external investigations into grievances, misconduct, bullying and harassment and complaints into clinicians are managed.

We currently have opportunity to shape NSW Health Policy, as the Ministry has written to ASMOF seeking feedback on their review of policy directives related to grievance management and misconduct.

We are seeking your feedback in order to improve the current processes.

We encourage all members who have participated in an investigation OR a workplace review to respond in order to gather your reflections on these processes. The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete:

We are also interested in views from members who have supported colleagues in formal and informal roles through a complaint process.
